Experience makes the difference - Brian Barr and Graham Findlay founded the business in 2001 with the shared belief that a growing low carbon economy would produce new, exciting business opportunities. The first step was the creation of Vector Wind Energy Inc., which was successfully floated on the Toronto Venture stock exchange in 2005 before being sold in 2007 to Canadian Hydro Developers Limited, then the largest independent renewable energy developer in Canada.

Background is in community scale wind farms in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Ontario. Currently active creating 100-200MW wind farms in BC & Saskatchewan. We developed the first aboriginal wind farm in Ontario, with M'Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island. We were partners with Canadian Solar in two large solar farms built in 2014 & 2015 near Ottawa. We are partnered with Total-Eren of France on a First Nation project in BC & working with Northland Power on large project in Saskatchewan.
