Auchtel is a 47 year old mid size specialty chemicals company. It is in the business of technical marketing of application specific products.

It manufactures and sells globally approx. 250 speciality chemicals, surfactants, & ion exchange resins and has 3 manufacturing sites, 5 offices across India and a network of approx 30 channel partners (agents / distributors).

It provides performance chemicals to textile, paper, paint & coatings, leather, water treatment, construction, home and personal care, agro and few other industries.

Majority of the company's products are proprietary formulations. It works very closely with customers' to develop new products and to provide tailor made solutions to address specific problems.

Its marketing and sales team consists of technologists having specific industrial process experience such as with textile, paint, paper, water treatment, power, leather and others. The team creates solution for customers' process and / or solve their problem and acts as linkage between market and company's R&D.

The company has expertise in areas such as oils, fats, surfactants, oleochemicals derivatives, polymers, and a host of organic chemistry product groups / reaction kinetics.
