Promote and advance the science, practice and business of engineering in all its branches throughout Azerbaijan and abroad.

Help in the acquisition and interchange of technical knowledge among its members. encourage original research in engineering and conservation and economic utilization of the country's materials and resources

Co-operate with various Government Agencies and Industrial and Commercial Enterprises connected with engineering and advising them in matters concerning the profession and practices of engineering and promotion of technical education
