BA2C Europe / Latin America is active in the (renewable) power, food, (circular) chemicals & fertilizer sectors. We work with our clients to:

- Develop petrochemical, (circular) chemical and (renewable) power plants in Europe, Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa;

- Scaling up technologies from developing a technology to pilot plants and (semi-)commercial plants;

- Introduce new generation innovation/technologies/solutions (like bio-based, hydrogen etc.) in existing plants;

- Using new and existing technologies to extend lifetime/enhance competitiveness of existing petrochemical and fertilizer industrial complexes by integrating activities between sectors (like energy, chemicals & agriculture)

Our clients are typically multinational and regional operating companies and institutes. We support them during the ideation, (pre-)feasibility, partnerships set-ups and financial structuring phases. Our activities normally ends with setting-up a special purpose vehicle (in which we can participate) that realizes the plant.

Next to our project development activities we are also contracted by companies being a project management consultant, (interim) project manager and/or to improve their project management through coaching and training activities.
