Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, Connect Midstream was created out of our shared vision for what a midstream company can be, built on the foundation of our collective midstream and upstream experience. We are producer-focused, results-driven, full-service midstream provider, centered around rapid response to midstream infrastructure demands. Our vision is backed by an equity commitment from Tailwater Capital and Valiant’s founding partners, as well as a credit facility, bringing total financing capacity for Connect Midstream companies to approximately $400 million. Such financing capacity is expected to increase as our talented team grows the company through strategic acquisitions and new-build projects across the U.S.
