Douwin Chemical Company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Shanghai Douwin Chemical Co., Ltd, Suzhou Douwin Chemical Co., Ltd, Ningbo Douwin Chemical Co., Ltd, and Dulwich International Co., Ltd, and also has two joint venture companies: Guangzhou Dewangtai Trading Co., Ltd and Suzhou Yanxi Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. These six companies share resources and information and are complementary in upstream suppliers and downstream market information.
