In view of the developments in the Oil and Gas sector in Senegal and in anticipation of the needs of operators and various stakeholders in the country, ECSEN was created with the objective of meeting the needs of the various stakeholders who will be called upon to intervene on land, and at sea in the coming decades, while respecting their quality requirements.

With more than 50 years of experience in the management of large projects in Senegal and in the sub-region, ECSEN affirms its willingness and its ability to adapt to the Oil and Gas sector and confirms its desire to become a key player the ambitious local content program of the government of Senegal.
