Enamine has developed the world’s largest reputable collection of chemical compounds, carefully designed and produced for Life Science industries: currently 2,6 million screening compounds with 110,550 fragments and over 900,000 building blocks. Comprehensive services in lead discovery and optimization are available including integrated biomolecular and ADME/TOX screening, all on-site.

Our Research & Development Department is committed to introduction of new methods and expeditious syntheses in heterocyclic, organofluoride and other chemistries. Experienced chemists direct their activity to the elaboration and synthesis of novel drug-like scaffolds and preparation of small libraries of substances based on these scaffolds. Most of these compounds are heterocyclic derivatives. Certainly, during the research we are dealing with scientific challenges, which are successfully solved by our experienced and creative scientists. We conduct our research in cooperation with research groups from various scientific centers in Ukraine and the most interesting results are published in international journals.
