FCE Gomma Srl was founded in 1980 and is UNI EN ISO 9001 ed. 2015 and IATF 16949 ed. 2016 certified for the molding and extrusion of technical rubber items . FCE Gomma Srl uses all special types of rubber such as FPM, HNBR, ACM, AEM, ECO, AU, EPDM, VMQ, FVMQ, NBR, CR, NR, SBR, IR. The company also specializes in the production of rubber with metal , thermoplastic and fabric inserts .
From the design phase of the product, the research and development of FCE Gomma Srlactively participate in the development and selection of the appropriate mixtures, which then best suits the needs of the customer.
The company has many years of experience in compression molding and injection molding, also using cold runner systems.
The company's machine park is constantly evolving, and now has about 27 injection molding machines and 10 printing presses that can produce small parts up to <1gr and heavy items with dimensions up to 1500mm. To complete the machine park there is an extrusion line for silicone and two lines for organic materials such as EPDM, NBR and CR. Co-extrusion of different colors, different degrees of hardness or solid rubber and foam rubber is also possible.
FCE Gomma Srl produces high precision rubber items , guaranteeing quality and traceability throughout the production cycle. The control of the finishing process makes it possible to work in areas where the zero-defect principle is required.
