Founded in 1976, hebro®chemie started out just selling special-purpose chemical products, but the company has continuously evolved over the decades at its headquarters in Mönchengladbach.

Rapid growth meant that the company needed bigger premises, leading to various construction projects at the site over the years.

The latest of these in 2010 gave the chemical warehouse over 2,000 storage locations.

Since our founding over 40 years ago, we have defined ourselves through our quality and through constant growth.

An integral part of the organisational structure of Chemetall, a member of the BASF Group, hebro®chemie utilises the resulting synergies to enjoy direct or indirect representation in many industrialised countries in the world. Our product range covers the entire value creation chain of industrial applications, with a special focus on coolants, paint detackification, maintenance and repair, and cleaning and surface treatment products.
