Lamirsa (Laboratorios Miret, SA) began its activity in Barcelona in 1959, as a supplier of chemical additives for different industrial sectors.

Lamirsa , together with Vedeqsa Inc. (additives and ingredients for the food and cosmetic industry) and Vedeqsa Inc. (a subsidiary of Vedeqsa located in the United States), form the LAMIRSA GROUP , a benchmark in innovation and development of specialized chemical additives.

Since 1971, Lamirsa Group has centralized its offices, production units and R & D & I plant in the city of Terrassa, located 30 kilometers from Barcelona-Spain.

The factory has an area of 30,000 square meters and two different production areas: food additives and industrial products.

The company's activity is focused on obtaining a wide range of specialized chemical additives, applicable to the different industrial sectors in which it operates. For this, the use of constantly innovative techniques of Development, Process, Control and Production is considered essential.
