NCS Resins is the largest manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins in Africa and a leader in the development and supply of innovative test technology for the composites and allied industries.

The company is headquartered in Pinetown in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, with a strong presence in East and West Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.

Operating as a subsidiary of Ferro South Africa, a privately owned company now a part of The Bud Group, NCS Resins manufactures and supplies a complete range of high quality resins, ancillary products and accessories, and processing equipment suitable for all fabricating methods.

NCS Resins operates under a technology licence agreement with Reichhold, the world’s largest manufacturer of polyester resins, to manufacture the Norpol, Polylite, Hydrex and Dion brands, in addition to in-house developed technology. All resins are manufactured according to ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems with many individual products on the Lloyds register.
