New Gold is an intermediate gold mining company. The company has a portfolio of two core producing assets located in Canada, a top-rated, politically secure, mining friendly jurisdiction, as well as an 8% gold stream on the 100% owned Artemis Gold Blackwater development project.

The Company also owns the Cerro San Pedro gold-silver mine in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, which concluded active mining in 2016 and as of December 31, 2018, has transitioned to the reclamation phase.
