O2 Power

O2 Power Private Limited is a renewable energy platform to develop and execute utility scale renewable energy projects in India. It has been jointly established by EQT Infrastructure and Temasek with a total equity commitment of up to US$ 500m over the next 5 years.

Within one year of business, we have won 980 MW worth of solar bids. We aim to scale to a sizeable portfolio (both Solar and Wind) in the near future, with good quality off-takers through greenfield project development and selective M&A.

O2 Power envisions to build an industry leading platform upholding high standards of compliance, corporate governance, employee health and safety, and social responsibility.
