Performance Chemiserve Limited

Performance Chemiserve Limited(PCL) is a step down subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (DFPCL). Smartchem Technologies Limited (STL) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DFPCL holds 85.64% stake in the Company. The balance 14.36% shareholding in the Company is held by Robust Marketing Services Private Limited which is a promoter group company. The Company is currently engaged in drumming of chemicals, IPA and Methanol for DFPCL.

DFPCL and its subsidiaries currently purchase significant volume of Ammonia from the international merchant market. The proposed greenfield Ammonia plant at Taloja shall be primarily captive plant meeting 100 % ammonia requirements of STL / DFPCL plants, manufacturing industrial chemicals, technical ammonium nitrate and NPK/nitrophosphate fertilizers. The captive ammonia plant shall help mitigate the risks associated with importing ammonia from world markets.
