The company also has assets located in the Utica Fairway of Quebec, Canada and holds 100% interest in exploration rights over 97,507 hectares (240 883 acres) and 30% interest in 36 exploration permits totaling 672 438 hectares (1 661 594 acres) in the Gaspé Peninsula and St. Lawrence Lowlands where shale oil and shale gas targets are abundant.
