Rigano Laboratories

Founded as his independent R&D Laboratory and Consultancy Centre in 1986 by Dr Luigi Rigano. Starting from 2015 as Rigano Laboratories S.r.l. we are a research center, dedicated to the cosmetic sector, counting on more than 40 years of industrial experience plus the energy and innovative spirit of young people.

The cosmetic field is continuously researching new, performing products and raw materials. We prepare tailor-made cosmetic formulations in the fields of skin-care, sunscreens, toiletries and make-up products. We can suggest the industry which raw materials, in their portfolio, are more promising for cosmetic applications, considering their chemical structure, their physical and sensorial properties, their solvent effect and stability. We also assist our client in the assembling all necessary documents for the commercialization of finished cosmetic product. We can provide assistance in batch scaling-up, trouble shooting and production methods simplification and optimisation.

In addition, in our laboratory we also assess the following activities:

- Research and development activity for innovative formulations in the medical device field.

- Training for researchers, laboratory and production personnel, Dermatologists and Chemists.

- Coaching applied to the cosmetic field for technicians and sale agents.

- Production plants layout.

- Interactive or traditional presentations of new raw materials or finished products;

- Preparation of technical and scientific articles for magazines;
