Roymal

Roymal was founded in 1962 in by Roy Malool. Located in Newport, New Hampshire, the corporate headquarters is home to more than 3,000 square ft. of custom coating technology and performance testing laboratories.

Roymal custom water based coatings are made from resins and binders, the combination of those components are used to develop a coating formulation. Urethanes, acrylics, alkyds and epoxies are all examples of resins and binders used in typical coating formulations. Additionally, additives are used to lend application, performance and color (pigment) properties to a coating.

Roymal products serve the needs of many markets including but not limited to: the food packaging industry, quick serve restaurants, disposable industry, consumer multiwall bag industry, tobacco industry and the beverage industry.

The largest consumers of Roymal products are the Paper & Paperboard Converters, Aluminum Foil Converters, and Film Converters who service those industries.
