SDL Nobel has been providing support services to the oil and gas industry in Azerbaijan since 2002, including the fabrication and installation of structural steelwork, upgrades of offshore facilities, pipe work systems including high pressure flow lines, vessels, tanks and related packages.

SDL Nobel is a joint venture company between Denholm Oilfield Services and Nobel Oil Services (UK). Denholm Oilfield Services is a multi-disciplined oilfield service group based in the UK and Nobel Oil Services is UK-registered diversified group of energy-related businesses, which operates primarily in Azerbaijan and Southeastern Europe.
