Saline Water Specialists (SWS)

Saline Water Specialists (SWS) is the brand of the Sofinter Group specialized in the water treatment technologies.

SWS was estabilished as a company in 1996 with the scope to design and supply on its proprietary know-how custom designed package units for the primary water treatment and the production of pure water for industrial use in power generation, oil & gas and petrochemical industry.

Actually SWS is a division of Sofinter S.p.a.

Calculation codes, construction standards, testing procedures and quality surveillance as requested by the Power Plants and Chemical Industries, are the usual reference of SWS for developing its projects.

The in-house product development is extensive and the engineering capabilities cover all of the disciplines for process calculation, basic design, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation detail design.

The activity of SWS covers the design and the package supply of a large range of technological units for the production of industrial water.
