SEGES creates solutions for the agricultural and food industries of the future.

SEGES is a professional knowledge and innovation house that works with everything that has to do with farming. From the major agricultural topics in plants, environment, nature conservation, animal husbandry and ecology to economics, tax, law, IT, architecture, accounting, HR and education. This is done in close collaboration with universities, ministries, companies and interest groups both at home and abroad.

We identify the business potentials in agriculture. In this way, we can give Danish farmers and gardeners the best tools to run their business profitably and at the same time keep the focus on the environment and animal welfare.

SEGES fills the role of bridge-builder between research and practical agriculture. At the same time, we develop our products and services in collaboration with our users. We make sure that the new knowledge and technology is quickly used by Danish farmers, so they have the best tools to optimize their farm.

We create some of our new knowledge ourselves by participating in national and international projects and through our extensive experimental work. We collaborate with research institutions, public authorities and private companies from all over the world, thus securing public research and development funds for innovation in the agricultural and food industry.

SEGES sells specialized consulting services, programs and other products, just as we handle a number of development and service tasks in relation to the 30 farmer-owned consulting companies. These services and our commercial activities in general make up the majority of our revenue.
