In 1977 Shital Packaging started manufacturing Rigid PVC Film, and then in 1989, Shital Industries Pvt. Ltd. Started manufacturing PVC Stabilizer & Epoxy Plasticizer. The production capacity of PVC Stabilizer is 8000 M.T. and for Epoxy Plasticizer is 3000 M.T. per year.
