As the name implies, TMG and its affiliates is a service organization, engaged in a number of different aspects of the oil and gas industry, including processing crude, storage of crude, processing and treating water, ESP, asset recovery, logistics, remanufacturing, and sales and rental of oilfield assets.

It is a closely-held entity whose principals have extensive experience in the oil and gas capital asset industry, and have built, bought and sold companies for over 25 years together. TMG provides its services in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
