A part of an indigenous conglomerate actively engaged in diverse sectors of the Nigerian and International markets which includes but without limitation to the Direct Sales and Direct Purchase (DSDP) of the Nigerian Crude Oil – crude-for-products-exchange (swap); an established premium provider in Subsea Engineering, Construction, Ballast Water Treatment Plant, Dredging, Equipment Leasing, Rental, Procurement, Supply and Marine Support, Security & Logistic Services to the ever expanding clientele comprising Government and private Oil and Gas Companies.

Our mission to provide top class marine logistics and supply chain services to support the ‘off-shore oil exploration and production activities of the oil producing companies’ in Nigeria and, the West Africa sub-region, in a safe and effective manner; through the development of highly trained, experienced and motivated personnel, using internationally accepted best practices and, a fleet expansion program through the acquisition of modern state-of-the-art equipment, to enhance clients and stakeholders value, while responding to the needs and aspirations of our working environment.
