VPM Oilfield Specialty Chemicals is a Joint Venture between Versalis S.p.A the Petrochemical & Specialty Chemicals giant - a subsidiary of Italian O&G Eni - and Petrochem performance Chemicals one of Mazrui Energy Services group of companies.

VPM is set out to be the commercial arm for both partners specialized in providing Production Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals to the customers in the Middle East and the GCC particularly.
