In Zade Vegetable Oil Refining Facilities, production is carried out free from human error with 18 different quality and system certificates. Zade Facilities, built on an open area of ​​102 thousand m² and a closed area of ​​50 thousand m², is the first vegetable oil facility in Turkey whose quality has been registered with the ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate. The fact that the production process can produce the same superior quality continuously and is free from human error is ensured by the control of PLC automation systems. The facilities have a daily production capacity of 400 tons and an annual production capacity of 130,000 tons. Within the scope of the filling and packaging additional facilities investment with a closed area of ​​16.000 m², completed in 2018, the daily capacity was increased by 3 times to 1,200 tons. Edible vegetable oil products produced at Zade Facilities are offered under the brands Zade, Truco and Sunilla.

Helvacızade, which has the largest soft capsule production facility in Europe in accordance with GMP standards, produces 1 billion soft capsules annually at Zade Vital Pharmaceutical Production Facilities. The annual hard capsule production capacity of the facilities is 324 million.
