Used for the substructure of a drilling rig during rig up and rig out operations. These posts are conventionally made with heavy steel pipe or tube which makes them heavy and hard to install. Our posts are made from aluminum and are considerably lighter and much easier to handle and install. NTI has qualified this welding procedure for the aluminum at the highest standards. We performed a destructive test on the post to ensure top quality design requirements of OH&S. We also supply the sockets and pins used for installation for the fall arrest posts. We generally provide the complete package for each rig which includes the posts, sockets, pins and installation drawings.

We provide several styles to accommodate and integrate into any design requirements of the specific rig substructure. Posts can be cut to any length and the sockets can also be sized for different applications.
