FROM CONCEPT TO LAUNCH

Area 51 Machine Design takes our clients' ideas from napkin sketches to the creation of concept designs (sketch, 3D models, etc.) for reviews, meetings and marketing. We then move forward with advanced engineering, prototyping, testing and manufacturing.

MODELING & DRAFTING

Area 51 works with a variety of direct and parametric modelling software packages including Solidworks, Creo, Inventor, and Spaceclaim. 3D models are critical for rapid design and development of machinery and components.

UNIQUE WORK PHILOSOPHY

A unique component of Area 51's work philosophy is that the designers, engineers and machinists working on specific projects work as a team to design, machine, and assemble working prototypes. This cross-over allows seamless integration between the shop floor and the design floor. Area 51's teamwork approach enables us to create machines and components that are reliable as well as easy to manufacture, assemble and operate.
