2 Valve Manifolds H2S Type:

Are normally flanged between the Stabilized Connectors and a 5 Valve Manifold. The 2 Valve Manifolds are roddable and are providing 2 auxiliary ports (1/2 NPT female plugged). The innovative design of the valve head units gives long service life and a smooth, low-torque operation. The AS-Schneider Manifolds, as standard, are rated to 420 bar (6,092 psi). AS-Schneider also provides the manifolds for sour gas service (acc. to NACE MR0175/MR0103 and ISO 15156) and degreased and lubricated for oxygen service.

5 Valve Manifolds H5S/H5L Type:

Are flanged on the process side to an Orifice Meter-Stabilized connector-(if necessary Spacer / 2 Valve Manifold)-Assembly and on the outlet to a Differential Pressure Transmitter resp. an Adapter-Transmitter-Assembly. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female and is supplied with a fitted Bug Plug. The test ports 1/4 NPT female are plugged by default.
