Description
SURFASOL P-720 is an organic, non-aromatic solvent and cleaner. It has excellent solvency property for various heavy-duty cleaning applications as direct replacement for most petroleumderived solvents & cleaners, and plant-based materials like d-Limonene. It has a viscosity-modifying property and high lubricity which makes it useful in treating and retrieving heavy crude oils and oil sludges in storage tanks. APPLICATION Surfasol P-720 is low VOC, biodegradable, non-carcinogenic solvent and cleaner. It is an excellent alternative to white spirits, NMP (N-methylpyrrolidone), Glycol Ethers, and d-Limonene. It can be used in the formulations of asphaltene and paraffin dispersants and inhibitors, scale cleaner, and bunker oil. When used in oil sludge treatment, oil contained in the residue can be recovered as crude oil up to 95%, reducing revenue loss and incineration costs.
