The drilling zone management system monitors the bail link tilt, top drive extension, pipe handler position and block height. The drawworks speed can be controlled in collision zones and the main brake is applied before a collision can occur.

The system can be installed on any mechanical, SCR or AC rig, as well as on any top drive, drawworks or traveling equipment.

A user friendly and customizable interface ensures the most important operational data is displayed at all times.

Data logging is available that records the exact time and date the system applied the brake and the condition that caused the alarm state.
