The design of the NSC-114M allows for treatments in wells with low reservoir pressure under conditions of lost working fluids, when it is necessary to minimize the uncontrolled ingress of technogenic fluids into the productive part of the formation. The valve system of the device maintains the liquid level at the wellhead when it stops working in the ejection mode (jet pump), thereby eliminating the impact on the formation of the liquid column located above the pump. This feature of the equipment significantly saves the time and money of the enterprise spent on filling the well to induce circulation after such forced shutdowns, and also minimizes the risk of secondary clogging of the bottomhole formation zone by the reaction products during complex acid treatments, while ensuring the thermobaric constancy of the bottomhole formation zone throughout the entire treatment period. In addition, when included in the layout of the downhole pressure gauge, the design of this equipment allows for the registration of pressure build-up pressure in the process of processing. |
