The SUREshift RC fracturing valve and shifting tool is engineered for coiled tubing fracturing operations. Its compact design and simple operating mechanism provides reliable tool operation requiring only one shifting tool to open and close the sleeve. Additionally, the SUREshift RC valve can be utilized in multiple configurations based on isolation requirements and is suitable for re-fracturing operations. The valves’ shifting sleeve is designed and proven to function reliably when exposed to hardened cement sheath. With its shift up to open design, the sleeve is tolerant to cement wiper plugs, ensuring the sleeve cannot inadvertently shift during cementing operations. Benefits: - 6,000 – 8,000 lbs (2,668 – 3,558 daN) to shift sleeve open and closed - Integral jetting nozzles for clearing potential debris from valves - Unlimited stages - Selective sleeve activation - Shift up to open, prevents valve sleeve from opening when running wiper plug and ensures valve actuation in extended reach applications - Shifting keys retract when pumping down the tubing and are designed to auto locate valves to limit operator error - Specialized design prevents cement from adhering to the tool which could prevent the valve from opening - Screen out friendly - Re-closable and permanently locked open versions are available |
