NPU-VD-M – submersible rodless plunger pump driven by a permanent magnet motor is an EFFECTIVE SOLUTION FOR THE OPERATION OF A LOW-CAPACITY FUND OF OIL WELLS, it is a real technology that will return profitability to production, save material resources, electricity, ensure the safety of personnel and high environmental friendliness of the production process. 1. Brief description of the advantages. a. NPU-VD-M is an innovative and relevant technical solution aimed at improving the efficiency of oil production from marginal wells. b. A multiple (4-5 times compared to rod pump unit, 10 to 12 times in comparison with ESP) reduction of power consumption compared to traditional artificial-lift production. The ability to work from a solar panel and wind turbines. c. A multiple reduction in the risk of an accident with downhole equipment. d. A multiple reduction in operating costs with comparable CAPEX. e. 20-times reduction in metal consumption (compared to a rod pump unit). f. Remote monitoring and control of the downhole installation from anywhere in the world. g. Environmental friendliness and safety for personnel. 2. Scope of application. a. The fund of marginal wells (including those with falling production and those withdrawn from the periodic fund) with a depth of up to 2500m, a dynamic level of up to 2200m and a flow rate of reservoir fluid from 1.2 m3 to 20 m3; b. Resuscitation of an inactive fund of conditionally unprofitable marginal wells. c. Micro-companies with a small fund of "depleted" marginal wells. NPU-VD-M with remote monitoring and remote control carries a huge potential of the basic element of an intelligent field. A group of wells equipped with the Units can be operated without human intervention with control from a single center according to a specific, developed algorithm. The IT shell of the NPU fully implements the concept of "digital oilfield". |
