The MK Rope Robot is an expendable robotic add-on custom-designed for the Mine Kafon Manta. The Rope Robot can carry the Multi Sensor box or a gripping arm. It can expand itself in mid-air 2 meters in length. The robot is specifically made for rough terrains with high vegetation and rocky landscapes. The Rope Robot can expand the detection device close to the ground while the Manta drone flies over 2 meters high from the ground. In this way the detection device can be pulled or dropped between the grass fields and still be able to detect anti-tank mines and UXOs.
