NitroCast® 701 is a ready to use aqueous solution of complex compounds and non-chloride accelerators which provides the benefits of water reduction combined with excellent set and early strength acceleration. NitroCast® 701 enhances the performance of plastic and hardened concrete. NitroCast® 701 is manufactured under rigid quality control measures to provide uniform, reliable results. NitroCast® 701 is recommended for concrete mixes where reduced water content, improved finishability, accelerated set, reduced curing costs and very high early strengths are desirable. NitroCast® 701 enables multi-castings per day in precast concrete production. Advantages: - Dramatically increases early compressive and flexural strengths without detriment to ultimate strengths - Reduces set time, curing time and costs - Improves the quality of concrete by decreasing water-cement ratio - Improves finishability - Improves surface texture and appearance - Improves cement hydration and maximizes cement performance providing maximum psi/lb CM. |
