The most important end users of Turpentine Oil from Pulping Process (TOPP) are the cosmetics, food and beverage industries. Crude turpentine is used in the manufacture of aroma chemicals. Aroma chemicals give the product the desired smell or taste. Turpentine can be used as a raw material for organic synthesis in the chemical industry, especially in chemical flavor compounds. Among other things, most of the cleaners found in the home get their scent from pine turpentine processing. |
