Dimethyl Carbonate ( is flammable with a flash point of 64 °F. DMC also freezes at the same temperature as water, 32 °F. Dimethyl Carbonate (DMC) is volatile with a high evaporation rate. DMC is typically used to replace Ethanol, Ethyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Methyl Isobutyl Ketone and Methyl Propyl Ketone.
