We offer a broad portfolio of reinforcing agents, including the VULCAN®, STERLING®, REGAL®, ENDURE®, SPHERON® and PROPEL® product families. Carbon black is the predominant reinforcing agent used to improve the processing, strength and durability of elastomer-based composites in most rubber applications. Our portfolio includes carbon black products specifically designed for tires as well as automotive and non-automotive industrial rubber products: Conductive carbon blacks include VULCAN® XC72, an industry standard for conductivity and the flagship product of our VULCAN XC brand of conductive carbon blacks. Reinforcing carbon blacks include our VULCAN, PROPEL, REGAL and ENDURE product lines for use in tires and industrial rubber product applications. Semi-reinforcing carbon blacks include our STERLING, SPHERON and REGAL product lines for use in tire carcasses and industrial rubber product applications. Ultra-clean carbon blacks include our SPHERON A product lines for use in extruded applications that require "Class A" surface perfection, such as automotive weather stripping. |
