AC-PI is a blended imidazole derivative that helps accelerate the cross-linking between an epoxy resin and an anhydride. This liquid catalyst mixes readily with a liquid anhydride system. AC-PI provides a longer pot life than AC-10 or AC-30. However, cure times at temperatures exceeding 100°C are relatively short. AC-PI is used when you need a rapid full cure for fast processing. |
