It is soluble in water and acetone, slightly soluble in diethyl ether and insoluble in petroleum hydrocarbon and oil. It can dissolve calcium chloride, zinc chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium iodide, potassium hydroxide and other inorganic compounds. |
