A styrene/acrylates co-polymer. The hollow spheres in a sunscreen raise SPF values across the entire UV region (UVA and UVB) and work equally well with organic and inorganic sunscreen actives. It is also compatible with a broad range of cosmetic ingredients, including emollients and skin conditioners.This is useful for a wide variety of cosmetic products and has potential for cost reduction. It also is excellent for water resistant formulations and is supported by comprehensive environmental, health and safety data.
