Di-potassium phosphate is used as a buffering agent in antifreeze solution. Di-potassium phosphate forms a key ingredient for instant fertilizers. DPP is efficient source of nutrition in culturing of antibiotics. DPP is also used as sequestrant in the preparation of non-dairy powdered coffee creams. DPP is also used in production of tryptic case soy agar which is then further processed to agar plates for culturing bacteria |
