RFP: Crude Naphtenic Acid

I have a client in European asking to source crude naphthenic acid for other producers other than Europe if possible. Potentially Peru, Venezuela, China, India or ? They will require spec of material proposed and if appears acceptable from a spec perspective and pricing, will likely require a sample to evaluate. Sample will need to be provided at the cost of the potential supplier. Key properties include: Acid Value: 160-300 with approx 250 ideal // Density +0.94 kg/dm3. Request is for CIF European Port but will also consider FOB country of origin Port as well. Current volume interested in is 100-500 MT and could be more if ongoing supply available.
