ubitricity stands for ubiquitous electricity. When ubitricity was founded in 2008, the aim was to charge e-vehicles with energy from renewable resources wherever they park. ubitricity integrates the battery of the electric vehicle into the power grid and makes electric driving as cheap as possible. Today the company, based in London and Berlin, is one of the leading providers when it comes to intelligent solutions for charging and billing electric cars. ubitricity combines technical know-how such as the development of the mobile electricity meter with the possibilities of digitization.
